Posting workers to Luxembourg: e-Détachement and social badge
Before sending employees to a site in Luxembourg, a foreign company must declare the posting to the Labour and Mines Inspectorate (ITM) through the e-Détachement platform. SONAS supports you with these formalities.
Main steps
Declaring the posting on e-Détachement before work starts, appointing a contact person, requesting the social badge for construction workers, and keeping the required documents available (contracts, payslips, A1 certificates…).
Differences from Belgium
Luxembourg uses neither Limosa nor Checkin@Work: procedures go through the ITM and the social badge. A company active in both countries must therefore follow two separate procedures.
How we help
Preparing data and documents, following up on the declaration and the social badge, and organising a file ready for an on-site inspection.
Our support is administrative; it is not legal or tax advice and does not guarantee any outcome with the authorities.
