Checkin@Work in Belgium: registering attendance on construction sites
In Belgium, the presence of people working on certain construction sites must be registered every day through Checkin@Work. The obligation also applies to foreign subcontractors.
How does Checkin@Work work?
Each attendance is registered before work starts on the site concerned. Whether it applies depends on the type and value of the works; it replaces neither the Limosa declaration nor the A1 certificate.
Belgium only
Checkin@Work does not exist in Luxembourg, where the ITM and the social badge apply.
How we help
Checking your obligations for each site, organising daily registration and keeping it consistent with your other posting documents.
Our support is administrative; it is not legal or tax advice and does not guarantee any outcome with the authorities.
